This policy explains how Sigtree ("we", "us") handles personal data in connection with the CTDApp marketing website at www.ctdapp.ro and the per-project presentation websites we operate on behalf of our customers.

Who is the data controller

Sigtree is the data controller for personal data collected through this marketing site. For the presentation sites we host on behalf of residential developers, the developer is the controller of buyer and visitor data, and Sigtree acts as the processor that runs the platform on their behalf. What this website collects

When you visit www.ctdapp.ro:

• Information you send us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the name, company, number of active projects, email address, and message you provide. The form opens your own email client to send this to us — we use it only to respond to your enquiry.
• Technical data. Like most websites, our server may process basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to serve the page and keep it secure.

This marketing site sets no tracking cookies and uses no third-party analytics.

Analytics on presentation sites

The presentation websites we operate for developers include consent-aware analytics and an engagement engine. These record how visitors interact with a site — such as pages viewed and interest signals — to help the developer follow up with potential buyers. Where consent is required, this tracking runs only after the visitor has given it. Data captured on a presentation site belongs to the developer who operates that site, not to other customers.

Where your data is hosted

Our platform runs on Google Cloud, with each developer on a dedicated, isolated deployment in the region that fits them — including EU regions — so data is not pooled between customers.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and our relationship with you. Data inside a developer's CTDApp deployment is retained according to that developer's own policy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. If your data sits inside a developer's presentation site or CRM, we will route your request to that developer as the controller.
