This policy explains how Sigtree Technologies SRL ("sigtree", "we", "us") handles personal data in connection with the sigtree website at www.ctdapp.ro, the chat on it, and the per-project websites we operate on behalf of our customers.

Who is the data controller

Sigtree Technologies SRL, Romania, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website, including the contact form, the chat and the measurement described below. Chat transcripts on this site are processed by Sigtree as controller.

For the websites and systems we run on behalf of residential developers, the developer is the controller of buyer and visitor data, and Sigtree acts as the processor that runs the platform on their behalf.

What this website collects

  • The contact form. If you send the form, we receive the name, email address, phone number, company, number of active projects and message you enter. The form sends them directly to our own CRM, which runs on the same server as this site. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and to follow up on it.
  • The chat. The chat on this site is an automated AI agent run by sigtree. What you write in it, and any details you give (for example your name, email address or a time for a meeting), are stored in our CRM as a conversation transcript so that we can answer you and arrange what you asked for. To generate its replies, the text of the conversation is processed by an AI model provider acting on our behalf. If you would rather talk to a person, say so in the chat or write to us.
  • Measurement. The site records how pages are used, at the level you choose in the cookie banner: before you choose, only an anonymous page view with no identifier; with Necessary only, your visits, the pages you view, how far you scroll and which sections you read; with Accept all, also the elements you click and your cursor movement, used for heatmaps. The agent can use what you read on the page to open the chat with something relevant. Measurement is first-party: no advertising or third-party analytics scripts are loaded. The Cookie policy lists exactly what is stored in your browser.
  • Technical data. Like most websites, our server processes basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to serve the page and keep it secure.

Websites we run for developers

The websites we operate for developers include the same consent-aware measurement and a chat agent. They record how visitors interact with a site, such as pages viewed and interest in particular homes, so that the developer can answer and follow up with potential buyers. Data captured on a developer's site belongs to that developer and is not shared with other customers.

Where your data is hosted

Each developer runs on a dedicated deployment hosted in the EU, so data is not pooled between customers. This website and its CRM run on sigtree's own deployment, also hosted in the EU.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiries and chat transcripts for as long as we need them to handle your request and our relationship with you. Data inside a developer's deployment is kept according to that developer's own policy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Romania this is the ANSPDCP. If your data sits inside a developer's website or CRM, we will pass your request to that developer as the controller.
